Our Infrastructure

At present, our in-house production capacity is 40,000 to 50,000 pcs per month, with modular line architecture designed to rapidly scale up in sync with unforeseen buyer demands. We have a strong and dedicated workforce to cater to our international clients.
CAD & Cutting Facilities
The Lotus International has a centralised cutting centre equipped with the latest automatic fabric spreaders with air-floatation tables.
We utilize KM straight knife cutters and follow the most efficient methods of computerized pattern design, pattern grading, marker length planning, and cut plan execution to guarantee minimal fabric waste, perfect alignment, and precision sizing across all garment panels.
