THE LOTUS INTERNATIONAL is the brain child of our founder and managing director LATE.S.JAYAKUMAR SRINIVASAN,
Diploma in textile technology (CPT-THARAMANI) ,B.B.A .He is a well versed energetic person with lots of fresh
and innovative ideas to be implemented in the textile sector ,He has a strong technical knowledge and
efficient marketing skills which made him well versed and reach the almost all leading buyers and
well known in his nature of presentation. He started his career and he thrived hard in marketing field
as he worked under the prestigious M.G.COTTON COMPANY PVT LTD-AVINASHI, He did many proceedings in his
field he worked with almost all leading buyers of the world, he wanted to implement his ideas and make
some quality products with maintaining the technology and maintaining sustainable features in his factory.
Under his valuable guidance as from heavenly abode we would try hard to fulfill his dreams and make a
benchmark in the textile sector.
Our Mentor
Our Mentor - We have been guided under the prestigious mentorship of Mr.M.Raghupathy - one
among the director on M.G.COTTON COMPANY, He is a man of simplicity and deep and vast knowledge
in the textile sector, his experience in almost all facts of textile sector is remarkable,
he is the legendary example of to successfully acknowledge the highs and lows in textile sector.

CAD & Cutting Facilities
Lotus has a centralized cutting center equipped with latest Automatic fabric spreaders with air otation table, Texwin CAD, Digitizer & Plotter from FK Group, Italy. KM straight knife most efficient method of pattern design, pattern grading, marker length planning & cut plan. Technical pattern master is taking care of this division.
Printing Unit
We have our own printing unit, were all types of printing can be done. Pigment Print, Khadi Print Discharge Print, Flock Print, Sticker Print , Foil Print etc. We can print around 3500 - 4000 pcs per day Sticker : Graga sticker machine - Pune, Per day Chest print : 5000. Yoke print : 25000
Quality
In order to accomplish complete control on the quality of the finished product. It is imperative to have stringent quality checks on the raw material and Lotus does not leg behind. Stringent quality control procedures on which all fabrics that come into the Warehouse are screened and categorized. There is an in-house laboratory that is equipped with testing machines. Some of the tests conducted are GSM check, Shrinkage test, Color fastness test & Other buyer required tests are done in Textile Committee & SGS India laboratories. The process of quality control is carried towards in the sewing area as per the Buyers quality standard. Single minded determinations to maintain and follow preset quality norms stipulated in the company's quality manual that meets the requirement of the most stringent quality conscious client has helped LOTUS maintain a niche in quality. In the years now, It has, in its pursuit of customer satisfaction through quality, learned to combine quality with creativity in a way not many in the industry can achieve. However, the effort is always to "Build Quality rather than Check Quality".

A quality garments for all age range export and domestic sector which established on 2017. Factory located at southern district of Tamilnadu Theni - Cumbum which is 120 Kms away from Madurai Airport.
